How it works
Apply for a trade account
Submit a wholesale application via our inquiry form. We review all applications within 1–2 business days. Approved buyers receive a welcome email with a price list and ordering instructions.
Receive your price list
Once approved, you'll receive our current wholesale price list with all SKUs, available sizes, and tiered volume pricing. Price lists are updated seasonally.
Place your order
Send your order by email or via our inquiry form. Our trade team will confirm availability, lead times, and issue a proforma invoice within 24 hours.
Confirm & ship
Once payment is confirmed, your order enters production or dispatch. You'll receive tracking details and an estimated delivery window.
Minimum order quantities
Our MOQs are designed to be accessible for boutiques of all sizes. Volume discounts apply automatically at higher quantities.

Shipping & lead times

- Dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order / hand-knotted
- 2–4 weeks production lead time.

- Buyer arranges freight, or we can quote via our preferred forwarder.
- Samples
- Sample orders available for approved accounts. Shipping cost at buyer's expense.
Payment terms
- New accounts
- 100% advance payment (T/T bank transfer) on first 3 orders.
- Established accounts
- 50% deposit, 50% before dispatch — available after 3 completed orders.
- Currency
- USD preferred. GBP and EUR accepted.
- Bank transfer
- Wire transfer / T/T. Details provided on proforma invoice.
- Credit terms
- Net-30 available for long-term accounts on application.
Common questions
Do you offer exclusivity by region?
Yes — regional exclusivity is available for established wholesale partners on select product lines. Contact our trade team to discuss terms.
Can I request custom colorways or sizes?
Custom orders are available for rugs with a minimum of 20 units per colorway. Lead time is typically 6–8 weeks. Salt products are available in custom packaging with a 500-unit minimum.
Are your rugs certified or tested?
Our rugs meet standard international quality checks. Specific test reports (REACH, Oeko-Tex, etc.) are available on request for select product lines.
Is your salt food-grade?
Yes. Our Pink Himalayan Salt is food-grade and sourced from the Khewra Salt Mine in Pakistan. Certificates of analysis available on request.
What if items arrive damaged?
We photograph all orders before dispatch. Claims for damaged goods must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will replace or credit at our discretion.
